2. Scope of Service
Tryvo is a SaaS platform that enables brands to generate user-generated content (UGC) from their customers through AI-powered video briefings, quality checks, and reward automation.
Access to the platform requires registration. The platform is currently in Open Beta — features and availability may change without prior notice.
3. Registration & Account
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or are used for unlawful purposes.
4. User Obligations
You agree not to use Tryvo for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that infringes third-party rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, generate, or distribute through the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you create using Tryvo. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Liability
The platform is provided "as is" during the Open Beta phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, where we are liable regardless of fault.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform with reasonable notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.
